Welcome

At the age of 38, I had hit my stride in life. I was busy being supermom, jet setting for work and running my own company that managed branding, marketing and press for worldwide brands and professional athletes.

Then, I suffered an ischemic stroke that almost killed me. In fact, most do no not survive what I experienced. Due to the sheer size of the stroke,  I was given a prognosis of being in a vegetative state, never being able to walk, talk or use my left side. Initially, doctors did not think I would live through the night. I seized and stop breathing and had to be intubated and placed in a medically induced coma.

I went against all odds and tackled adversity head on. I took on my stroke and successfully overcame insurmountable odds to run the NYC Marathon on the exact day of my stroke only one year earlier.

My story is about overcoming adversity and truly coming back stronger than ever.

It’s not  how  you  fall,  it's how you choose to get back up.
